The following Delivery Policy is only valid for merchandise purchased via the afriprepper.co.za website. This policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs. Delivery time : Processing time + Shipping time

Order cutoff time : 3.00 pm _ Monday to Friday (Orders received after this time will be processed the next day)

Processing time : 0-1 working days_ Monday to Friday (Generally orders received before 3pm will be processed and sent out the same day or within 1 working day)

Transit time : 1-3 working days (This is the time it generally takes for the courier to deliver the parcel)

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time :

South Africa: The Courier Guy: R80 Delivery in 1-3 working days

Please note:

  1. Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to make sure we're keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.
  2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  3. Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.

  4. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Shipping Origin

All our products ship from our warehouse in South Africa direct to you. We do not do drop shipping or source products from overseas for you order. Our products are in stock at our warehouse.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We will send you a tracking number and details via email or SMS. You can then place the tracking number into the "Track your order" page on our website and see the updates.

Does AfriPrepper ship internationally?
Yes we can with postnet via DHL or Aramex by arrangement.
